1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Account data - email, authentication identifiers (e.g. Firebase), password hashes or auth tokens as applicable.
• Workspace data - workspace name, niche, location, competitor Instagram handles, schedule settings, and how you heard about us.
• Pipeline data - scraped public reel metadata, transcripts, analysis notes, dashboards, and run logs.
• Billing data - subscription status and Polar customer/subscription IDs. Card details are handled by Polar, not stored on our servers.
• Technical data - IP address, device/browser info, and basic usage logs needed to run and secure the Service.

3. How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve teo
• Run scheduled scrapes, transcription, and analysis you request
• Authenticate users, prevent abuse, and provide support
• Process subscriptions and send transactional messages
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms

4. Sharing

We share data with processors who help us operate the Service (for example: hosting, Firebase Auth, Apify, OpenAI Whisper, DeepInfra/LLM providers, Polar). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Retention

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward (backups, disputes, legal requirements). You may request deletion via account settings or email.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your choices

• Update workspace settings in the app
• Reset password via Forgot password (Firebase)
• Delete your account in Profile (or email us)
• Contact teoanalyticss@gmail.com for access or privacy requests

8. Children’s privacy

teo is for business users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
